Too often we feel like the image above where we just want to scream.
In the USA many of us just went through a holiday weekend. Depending on who you spent it with, it could either have been one of your more stressful weekends or one of your better ones.
Holidays, especially with family gatherings, are often additional stressors to whatever else might be stressing you.
We are also entering into a time of the year when stress is pretty much at a peak. And this is even for people who may not even be very stressed to begin with.
