Stress: Which Age Has The Most?

As of 2019, the most stressed age range was the 30 to 49-year olds … the range of 15 to 29-year-olds was statistically right behind. And both were followed by the over 50s.

The data vary most every time research is done as there are so so many stressors and they keep changing. So overall, while I’m not sure there is a “usually” correct answer as to what specific age or range is the most stressed, — I am sadly sure that in the USA, far too many people from 15 to 65+ say they are stressed! The statistics are scary because, at any given time, some age group will say:

MY AGE IS THE MOST STRESSED!

And this is not a good thing to be “most” at. Stress is certainly not a competition, and there is no worthwhile reward that I can think of because too high a stress level is not good for any of our bodies, our minds, or anything.

So let’s look at what is stressing us at different ages.
